My name is Jeannette (Nett) and I am 1 of 9 children.
I have so many precious memories of my Dad and it has been those memories that have helped me to continue on my journey here.
I could spend hours sharing my memories of a very strong hard working father who possibly never realized how much of who he was, has had such an influence on who I am today.
Dad Nevile I and the girls (Heather Tracey Kelly and Rachael) are still carrying on much of what you taught from as far back as I remember.
I will always remember how much I felt I was at home when ever we came to Coatbridge and just felt sad that I could not find and make contact with your family. With us living on the other side of the world we all missed being and knowing Nana Grandad and our uncles and auntie etc. Thank you dad for all the love confidence and support. I miss you so much. To My Dad
Well Dad it has been 30 plus years Oh you could never be prepared for the ache that stays in your heart. I miss you so very much. There are no words to express how much. I have tried to say so much to you tonight but have decided just " I love you and for me the biggest privelidge is that I had you for my Dad, may it be a small title but such a powerful and everlasting meaning that ties us together. You may not be here in body but I believe you are never far from my side. Thank you and 1 day we will be reunited.
If my arms could reach to the sky you would feel a hug right now.

For my Dad 30 Years Today
The biggest tribute I can give to you Dad is what you gave to me. I hope I have used it as wisely as you have expected.
Dad what a gift to see your love and influence coming through not only to us but to your grandchildren. I always look up into the sky and know that you are the brightest star in the sky. If their was a stairway to heaven I would run all the way up to you. Love you Dad

30 years already!!
I'll never forgot the day we lost you Dad, or how devastated I felt. You have been so sorely missed in my life, but I keep you close to think of you often. Thank you for giving me life, loving me, and having faith in me. I hope I haved lived up to you exptectations.

Candles Will Be Lit Again
As Usual On Sunday For Monday
MESSAGE FOR MY FAMILY FROM HEAVEN
To My Dearest Family,
Some things I'd like to say.
But first of all, to let you know,
That I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven.
Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness;
Here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy
Just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I am with you
Every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you
When my life on earth was through.
God picked me up and hugged me
And He said, "I welcome you.
It's good to have you back again,
You were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family,
They'll be here later on.
There's so much that we have to do,
To help our mortal man."
God gave me a list of things,
That he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list,
Was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night
The day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....
In the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth,
And all those loving years.
Because you are only human,
They are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry:
It does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers,
Unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you
All that God has planned.
If I were to tell you,
You wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain,
Though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now,
Than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads
Ahead of you and many hills to climb;
But together we can do it
By taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy
And I'd like it for you too;
That as you give unto the world,
The world will give to you.
If you can help somebody
Who's in sorrow and pain;
Then you can say to God at night......
"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....
That my life was worthwhile.
Knowing as I passed along the way
I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody
Who is sad and feeling low;
Just lend a hand to pick him up,
As on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street
And you've got Me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps
Only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go....
From that body to be free.
Remember you're not going.....
You're coming here to Me.
MISS ME..... BUT LET ME GO
We've known lots of pleasure,
At times endured pain,,
We've lived in the sunshine,
And walked in the rain. ,
But now we're separated .
And for a time apart,,
But I am not alone- ,
You're forever in my heart.,
Death always seems so sudden, ,
And it is always sure,,
But what is often forgotten-,
It is not without a cure.,
There may be times you miss me, ,
I sort of hope you do,,
But smile when you think of me,,
For I'll be waiting here for you.
Now there's many things for you to do,,
And lots of ways to grow,,
So get busy, be happy, and live your life,,
Miss me, but let me go.
